Abuse in the home environment is one of the worst experiences anyone can ever face. Home should be the one place where you feel the most comfortable, safe and free. Sadly, there are millions of people around the world that don’t know what it means to have security at home. They are almost, to a certain degree, on house arrest. Around the age of 6, this was my experience.
